Look familiar?

Like her brother, Molly knows the trick to get to her mommy's arms.

Too cute not to post

Here she is dancing to the Super Why Hip Hip Hooray song.  She only dances for the first 20 seconds or so, but we also like this video because it shows her doing her famous "chicken wing" dance that she LOVES to do.

Church fashions

This is what Bo wanted to wear to church for Father's Day.  He didn't actually get to wear it to church, but he did rock this exact outfit to a pre-church Dunkin Donuts run. He got a lot of smiles from the customers and employees.

"What's momma gonna say about this?  Maybe if I pose like a model she'll go for it."

Zoo Trip 2012

Molly's first visit to the zoo was not exactly what I expected to be.  She loves animals, especially books about them, so I figured she would be amazed to see all of the live animals at the zoo.  As she usually does, she surprised me again!  She was hardly interested in the animals nor the fact that we had to stop and go so much to see them. After a few minutes, she was OVER IT!  Maybe next time...  Bo enjoyed it though and could have watched the gorillas and orangutans all day long.  I was grateful to have Nana there to help me entertain Molly while keeping up with Bo.

Note:  The sign we are standing in front of is on the zoo playground and it actually says "Naked Mole Rats."  Didn't want anyone to think that we choose a "Naked" sign to stand in front of for our family picture...

Not the best picture of Molly, but I figured it may be good to hang onto in case we wanted to embarrass her much later in life. :)

Love all of her sweet chunkiness in this picture!

Goodwill

While driving through the Publix shopping center today, Bo had this to say about our local Goodwill Donation Center:

Bo: "There's Goodwill!"
Me: "There it is."
Bo: "That's the place that your toys go when you throw them."

(I guess it goes without being said that we've visited this Goodwill for that very reason before...Regardless of the fact that it was six months ago when it happened, it's a lesson he'll never forget!)

Sweet Summertime

So far this summer, we have spent a lot of time swimming, playing outside and enjoying having days without many things on the schedule.  We love the summer!  Here's a few things that the kids have been up to:

Bo catching bugs bright and early in the morning (in the jammies that he chose to match together):

Swimming at Papa Paul's.  Daddy decided Molly's wet hair-do would look best with a mohawk...

Bo's been GROWING! No wonder none of his pajama pants fit him anymore.  Look how much he's grown since March!  It's at least an inch!

Someone tell this kid it's the summertime!  He's working on second and third grade standards! (Believe it or not, I have not been making him study or do "work" this summer.  These are just things he's been interested in lately.)  This is the Magic Tree House book page he was reading from.  He's also way into Dr. Seuss and Junie B. Jones books right now too.

One of his friends from school went on a trip to Colorado and California which sparked his interest in maps and states.
