Well, this is embarrasing...

Last post...September 2012.  It's really sad.  You hear everyone say that parents have a more difficult time keeping up with pictures and making notes about special memories once you have two kids.  I promised that would not be me...Well, it happened anyway.  In my defense, I did have a deterrent stopping me from working on the blog---the Blogger program put a cap on the storage that I could use for the blog and I had to either buy more storage or delete previous posts to make room for more storage space.  I had been keeping up with our family's small moments ever since Bo was born, and there was no way I was going to delete all of those without first having a record of the memories...so...I took time (way too much time) to get the blog printed.  After finding a website to use, sifting through hundreds of previous posts, designing the blog book and deleting every post for the first three years of Bo's life after finally getting the printed blog book, I am ready to blog again!
Here is the finished product:

Notice that it's about half as thick as my bible. :)
Sadly, I feel like I missed the chance to document so many of Molly's "small moments," but I suppose you could say that I was too busy experiencing those moments to stop and take time to catch up with the blog. Fortunately, summer is the perfect time to take on the task of catching up, and here I am back and ready to capture lots of small memories again----small memories like this:
One funny thing about Molly is that when she is excited about some news that you are about to tell her, she exhales instead of showing her excitement and anticipation with an inhale.  Here she is doing that:
I'm so thankful to be able to start documenting little things like this again for both Bo and Molly!

Anniversary Trip

(May 2014)

Tyler and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary a little early by taking a trip to the San Souci Couples resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  My mom kept the kids so that we could get away.  It was the longest we had every been away from them, and although we missed the kids, we had a great time.  Tyler went scuba diving several times and I spent so much time on the beach that I read three books during the week.  The beaches and weather were beautiful, the food was amazing, and the ability to spend a week on "our time" was the perfect way to celebrate!

Views from the front balcony and back entrance to our room:
Our home away from home for the week:
I spent every morning with this view for my workouts:
This is one of the birds that lives on the resort.  He's very friendly and talkative too!

Happy 3rd Birthday Molly!

We surprised Molly with a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party for her. As you can see from the video, she was having a typical toddler tantrum before finding out that we were going to Chuck E. Cheese for her birthday.  Needless to say, the tantrum ended.

Molly decided not to go in the Ticketblaster to get extra tickets so the boys were more than willing to take her place.
